The workshop will be approximately from 10 am - 4:00 pm every day, with a lunch break midday. Yoga stretching will begin at 9:30 am.
Lunch is provided for a $5 offering each day to the cook (ayurvedic and wholesome food). You are in charge of your own breakfast and dinners. A full kitchen with refrigerator and electric stove are available in the workshop house.
